Alabama quarterback Joe Namath and coach Bear Bryant stand on the sideline during a 1962 game against Tennessee. During his three seasons with the Crimson Tide, Namath led the team to a 29–4 record and a national championship in 1964. This year’s Alabama squad, which is ranked No. 1 in Andy Staples’ latest Power Rankings, is in position to win another championship if they keep up their dominant play.
